Ordering Process

The typical ordering process includes the following steps:

1. Bid on the item
There are two types of listings. One is auction style, and the other is store inventory style.
For auctions, they normally ends within 7 days. You win the item if you are a high bidder.
For store inventory, you can pay buy-it-now price to get the item whenever you want.
We are taking best offers on most of the store inventory items. If you are short of money, you can make an offer lower than the listing price, and we will see if the offer is reasonable. If you do not get a reply within two weeks, that means the offer is not acceptable at that moment.

2. Pay for the item you won
We allow two weeks for you to pay for the item. This time period includes the necessary waiting time for you to transfer the funds from your bank to your paypal account.
If you are not able to make the payment within two weeks, please email or message me. Otherwise the auction will be reported as unpaid item.
Currently we only accept paypal payments.

3. Send your measurements
Please check the size chart in the auction description to make sure you are measuring correctly. Please remember to send the size in centimeters.
If you are confused about how to measure, don't hesitate to send an email to Because we will not be responsible if the measurements are not correct.

4. Send your shipping information
We need your name, address(including your country), phone number for shipping. Please do not forget to include the complete information after you make the payment. We will not be able to process your order without all the infomation.

5. Wait for the package
Normally it takes 4 weeks to sew and ship the item. There may be certain holidays when we are not working. We will put up notices if the tailors are not able to finish the orders during the holidays.
You will receive an email or message when we ship out the item. We will provide you the track number for the package.

6. Feedback
Please leave a feedback if you are satisfied with the item. If you have any problems with the costume, please email or message me first.
If I do not receive any emails or messages from you in one month after the shipping notice, we assume that you've received the item and is satisfied with it. And we will not be responsible for any problems after that time period.
